Pochven Region Overview.

The Pochven region, also known as T-Space or Triglavian Space, is a region made up of 3 Constellations consisting of 9 systems each for a total of 27 solar systems, this region has its own "stargate" network linking the systems together, these gates are standing locked and require different standings depending on the target system (See Region Map), Pochven follows the same rules as J-Space with regards to allowed modules (bombs, bubbles and MJFG's) and it also uses the Delayed Local Chat that wormhole systems use, Pochven does not however allow people to anchor new structures, existing structures will work as intended but new citadels cannot be anchored within Pochven.

The Pochven region contains a number of NPC stations owned by the Triglavian Collective and docking and the stations services provided are also standings locked, the standings required are listed on the show info window of the station in the services tab and are also listed in the System Information on this site, you can access Pochven in a few different ways.

  • Wormholes, Class C729 Wormholes will spawn connections to systems in the Pochven region, these Wormholes can spawn in both Known Space systems and Unknown Space (J-Space) aswell as in a couple of Triglavian Space (T-Space) systems, these Wormholes function a little differently to standard ones, they contain a unique rock formation and the initial warp-in point for the Wormhole is located 75KM from the actual Wormhole itself, once bookmarked you can warp to the Wormhole at 0 without issue, also unlike other Wormholes they only have a lifespan of 12 hours once triggered, the Wormhole will also be guarded by NPC's which will depend on the destination:
    • High/Low Sec, These will be guarded by EDENCOM fleets made up of the faction from the connected system and their allied faction.
    • Null Sec, These are guarded by Rogue Drones.
    • J-Space, These will be guarded by Sleeper and Drifter ships.
    • T-Space, The inter-Pochven C729's are a little different, the C729 side will be guarded by Triglavians but the K162 side will be guarded by EDENCOM NPC's.

Pochven systems will only ever have a single K-Space C729 active at any given time, they can however have multiple J-Space connections active, the Wormhole will not show up on the Pochven side until someone probes out and warps to the inbound wormhole decloaked, K-Space systems can have multiple active Pochven connections.

  • Pochven Filaments, There are a number of Pochven Filaments which will enable you to enter or leave T-Space Systems:
    • Border-X, These filaments will drop up to X ships in one of the 6 Pochven Border systems, this is chosen entirely at random.
    • Internal-X, These filaments will drop up to X ships in one of the 18 Pochven Internal systems, this is chosen entirely at random.
    • Home-X, These filaments will drop up to X ships in one of the 3 Pochven Home systems, this is chosen entirely at random.
    • Cladastic-X *constellation* , These filaments will drop up to X ships in one of the 9 systems inside the named constellation, this is chosen entirely at random.

Getting out of pochven follows mostly the same rules as getting in with the addtion of Exit Filaments, these can only used inside T-Space but will enable you to exit the system without finding a wormhole or by taking the Pod Express:

  • Glorification-X 'Devana', These filaments will drop up to X ships in one of the 28 Triglavian Minor Victory Systems, this is chosen entirely at random and can land you either in High Sec or Low Sec.
  • Proximity-X 'Extraction', These filaments will drop up to X ships in to a K-Space System located within 2.5 Lightyears of the system the filament is activated in.

Activities Within Pochven.

There are numerous things to see and do within Pochven, there are ore sites you can mine, however it should be noted that the ore sites are deadspaced, there are NPC's you can shoot along with combat sites which can be run, the NPC's in Pochven use the Diamond Rat AI so are able to warp around the system and even warp to pings on grid you aggress you, there are a few different types of NPC's you can encounter, these include:

  • Triglavians, various types of Triglavian NPC's will appear withing Pochven systems, they follow the same typings that they did when they invaded K-Space during Chapter 3, shooting these will lower your standings with the Triglavian Collective and raise your standings with EDENCOM. These will appear in K-Space systems with active Pochven Wormholes.
  • Rogue Drones, Various types of Rogue Drones have been spotted in the Pochven Region, these also include Rogue Drone Carrier class vessels and a Rogue Drone Supercarrier aswell, shooting Rogue Drones will lower your standings with the Rogue Drones but will raise bot your Triglavian and EDENCOM standings. These will appear in Pochven Systems with an active wormhole connection to Null Sec systems in K-Space.
  • Sleepers/Drifters, Powerful Sleeper and Drifter vessels will appear in Pochven systems, Elite Sleeper vessels are equipped with an overshield and some of them have powerful Superweapons, care should be taken when engaging Sleeper vessels, the Elite Drifter ships come equipped with EWAR and can tackle players. Shooting Sleepers/Drifters will lower your standings withe the Drifter Faction but like Rogue Drones will raise both Triglavian and EDENCOM standings.

Avoiding Triglavians.

Triglavian ships pose quite a threat, being able to spawn in 304 systems accross New Eden from Pochven Wormhole Connections in addition to all of the Triglavian Minor Victory Systems present in New Eden, the bulk of which are within Caldari Space, new players and players who were nuetral during Chapter 3 of the Triglavian Invasion may find it instead easier to avoid Triglavians entirely, which is possible if you gain positive standings with the Triglavian Collective.

The process is the same for both neutral players and those with negative Triglavian standings and the solution is to shoot NPC's within Pochven, namely the Drifter, Sleeper and Rogue drone entities present in Pochven, for new players the process is rather short as they only need to enter Pochven and shoot a Drifter, Sleeper or Rogue Drone NPC that is about to die as the single standings tick for that will take them positive with both EDENCOM and Triglavian's, for those with negative Triglavian standings you'll basically just need to farm NPC's from the above 3 factions to raise your standings, with the larger ships being the most valuable to kill, but also being the hardest due to some of the Drifter ships having Doomsday weapons that fire when their overshield is broken.

One of the known tactics is to use a modfied version of the "Deathwing Naga" fit previously used during the invasions in conjunction with Crucifier frigates fitted with Tracking Disruptors as you can then engage the ships at 200KM range with the majority of them unable to hit you back when disrupted correctly.

EDI has been known to run so called "Dual Standings Fleets" which are open to anyone who wants to join to try and gain Triglavian standings, you can join our Discord and wait for a fleet ping to go out, it also has a channel for people to share current sightings of Triglavians in K-Space with other players.
